Padozi LLC uses SMS text messaging to deliver one-time verification codes for account sign-up and sign-in. This help page explains how to get support, what to expect, and how to manage your SMS preferences.

2.Getting Help

If you need assistance with SMS messages from Padozi, you can reach us in the following ways:

Reply to any SMS: Reply HELP or INFO to any message you receive from us for automated assistance.

3.Message & Data Rates

Msg&data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from Padozi. Padozi LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred as a result of using our SMS service.

Message frequency is event-driven. You will typically receive one (1) SMS message per sign-in attempt when you request a verification code. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

4.Stopping Messages

You can stop receiving SMS messages from Padozi at any time by replying one of the following to any message you receive:

STOP
STOPALL
UNSUBSCRIBE
CANCEL
END
QUIT

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To resume receiving messages after opting out, you must re-initiate sign-in within the Padozi app.
