3.SMS & Text Messaging
Padozi sends one-time verification codes via SMS during sign-up and sign-in. Messages are event-driven — typically one per sign-in attempt. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
For immediate SMS help, reply HELP or INFO to any message you receive from us.
4.Account Issues
Common account questions and how to resolve them:
- Can not sign in? Make sure you are using the correct phone number. If you are not receiving your verification code, check your signal and try again, or email us.
- Want to delete your account? Email support@padoziapp.com with your screen name and phone number. We process deletion requests within 48 hours.
- Update your profile? You can edit your screen name, saved locations, neighborhood radius, and notification settings directly in the Padozi app under Profile.
5.Safety & Reporting
Padozi is built on trust and community safety. If you see something that violates our Terms of Service or makes you feel unsafe:
- Report content: Use the report button on any Drop, Deal, Event, Job, or Spill in the app.
- Report a user: Contact us directly at support@padoziapp.com with details.
- Emergency? If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services.
6.Business Advertisers
Businesses on Padozi can post Drops, Deals, Events, and Jobs to reach local customers. If you need help setting up or managing your business account:
- Getting started: Tap "Become a Business" in the app and follow the setup flow.
- Billing questions: All billing is handled in-app. For disputes or issues, email support@padoziapp.com.
- Ad performance: View impressions, taps, and saves on each of your posts in the business dashboard.
